Laura and Tyler’s June Wedding was full of sentimental details that celebrated the couple and the families who raised them. From the Bride, “Our wedding was influenced by my love for the ocean, as a marine biologist I wanted to find an upscale version of a coastal inspired wedding incorporating ocean details throughout. St. Michaels was the perfect charming town for this setting, Tyler and I escaped the busy city of DC several times and found the crabs and river views to be exactly what we needed for our getaways. The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception were all at the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum, which had excellent views of the water and historical maritime pieces that brought the whole look together.”
Laura is a natural yet fashionable gal and we wanted her hair and makeup to reflect her personality and style. For hair we went with a loose textured low bun that would look effortless on a windy Summer day on the water. And for her makeup, we focused on sun-kissed glowy skin and accentuating her big bright eyes. She was absolutely radiant on the wedding day!
