Beauty is a Feeling
OUTER ELEGANCE INSPIRED BY INNER Grace
Being beautiful is greater than appearing flawless. It’s an internal belief that inspires outward confidence, a sentiment that begins from within. When exterior appeal illuminates a woman’s inner beauty, the very best version of her becomes apparent for all to see. Hair and makeup is so much more than making you look beautiful on the surface, it’s about making you feel beautiful inside and out.
I have always believed Beauty is a feeling. I’ve been enhancing natural aesthetics for over 19 years and I like to think that every time I pick up my brushes, I’m helping someone to feel good about themselves in every way possible. I aspire to create light and luminous makeup using clean cosmetics to enhance a woman’s inherent beauty. I am an artist and makeup is my tool.
My enthusiasm for beautifying first began at the age of 21 when a friend asked me to do her wedding makeup because she liked how I did my own. I gladly accepted without hesitation. For every client since, I’ve felt the same overwhelming joy in seeing them become a Bride. Knowing that I’ve played a part in making a woman look and feel her best on one of the most important days of her life is truly an honor, and that moment when her appearance is complete never fails to make me blink back tears of happiness.
Drawing on years of experience, my work is fresh, elegant, and intentionally organic. Although my craft involves transforming the women I meet, when I arrive at a Bride’s getting ready location, I see her beauty long before I’ve perfected her complexion or elongated her lashes. It’s in her excitable laughter, her infectious smile, & her nervous yet sweet demeanor. My job is to create an appearance that allows that true beauty to speak. For me, it’s not about making a woman look like someone else, but helping her to be the most radiant version of herself on her wedding day.
Today, I’ve pampered close to 5,000 women, and while many are simply clients at the beginning, most have become friends by the time my job is done. So what are we waiting for? Let’s get acquainted!
We desire to possess a beauty that is worth pursuing, worth fighting for, a beauty that is core to who we truly are. we want beauty that can be seen; beauty that can be felt; beauty that affects others; a beauty all our own to unveil.
