One of our absolute favorite things to do when we are not with actual brides on their wedding days is to be creative in the area of beauty. The opportunity to do bridal fashion editorials with the esteemed Washingtonian Wedding magazine is the epitome of bridal beautiful creativity royalty. We are honored and grateful every time this stellar team asks us to participate.
The concepts for these editorial shoots are determined by the editor and art director at the magazine and then the gowns are pulled from various local bridal salons and bridal gown designers. We usually work with one model and the photo shoot is spread over two days since we complete 9-12 looks for the editorial spread in the magazine. Then it is up to us to transform the model for each individual look.
